1. If I get free shipping, will my order be delivered to my home or to a pickup location?
With free shipping, your order will generally be delivered to a pickup location. However, if you prefer door-to-door delivery, please let us know, and we can arrange that option for you.
2. What are factory flawed books, and how flawed can they be?  
Factory flawed books are new books with imperfections from the manufacturing process. These flaws might include
misprints, scratches, small dents and more. Please feel free to contact us for pictures to know exactly what you are receiving. 
3. I ordered a Blind Date with a Book. What happens next?
After placing your order for a Blind Date with a Book, we will contact you to discuss your reading preferences. Based on your interests, we will select a book for you and arrange for it to be sent.
4. What types of books do you sell?

Yes, in addition to books, we sell mugs, stickers, bookmarks, and a ton of other bookish merchandise. We also offer services such as Blind Dates with Books, mystery boxes, and sprayed edges. We also have special editions and exclusive items that you won’t find elsewhere.
6. How do I request for you to import a book for me?
To request an import, please contact us through our website with details about the book you’re interested in. We’ll do our best to source it for you.
7. Can I return a factory flawed book if I’m not satisfied with it?
Factory flawed books are sold as-is. Returns are not accepted unless it was not stated as flawed in the description. Please review the details before purchasing.
8. What is included in a mystery box?
A mystery box contains a selection of curated items, including books and bookish merchandise. Each box is tailored to a theme or genre and provides a surprise for the recipient. Please ensure you read the product descriptions to know the items you'll be receiving. 
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package.
