Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days for in stock items.

Customised or personalised items (e.g., sprayed edges, Blind Date with a Book) may take upto 21+ business days to prepare.

Shipping Methods & Costs:

We ship worldwide via trusted courier services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For international orders, shipping rates and delivery times vary by country.

Delivery Times:

Standard domestic delivery within South Africa: 3-7 business days once your order is fulfilled. 

Expedited options are available on request.

International deliveries typically take 14-31 business days, depending on customs processing.

Imports & Out of Print Editions:

Certain editions may be imported or out of print. Availability and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Imported books may be packaged by the supplier, which can occasionally result in minor wear during transit.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

Damaged or Lost Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with proof, and we will arrange a solution   

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
