Courier On Orders Containing Mugs and Other Large Items

All orders above R1150 qualify for free Pudo delivery.

Kindly note, we do not keep stock on hand unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once your order is placed, it will take 3-7 working days (unless specified otherwise) for the item to arrive to us. Thereafter, your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Overnight Courier: 

Overnight courier is only applicable on items on hand. Please contact us to arrange Overnight courier.

Once your parcel has been collected you will receive an email confirming that your order is on its way. This email includes your tracking number and a link to track your delivery progress on the relevant courier's website. 

All courier orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of us receiving your item.

Once you're ready to ship. you may send us an email or a dm and we'll send through an invoice for the delivery fee. Once we've received your payment. we'll get right to shipping your order!

Split Delivery:

If your order includes a Pre-Order/Back-Order item and you'd like the rest of your in stock items shipped immediately, we offer a split delivery option for just R39.

To arrange a split courier delivery, please DM us or email us after placing your order.

We'll make sure you get your available items right away, while the remainder of your order will be shipped separately once it arrives.

Courier On imported items:

Imported items take anywhere between 4 weeks to 6 months to arrive, sometimes longer. Please be aware of this before placing your order as there are often delays with imports.

Collection:

Collection is available in the following cities:

Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

We do not have a physical store, hence, if you would like to collect, kindly send us an email to arrange collection. Once your item arrives, we will inform you when and where your order may be collected.

If you decide to have your order couriered to you after choosing collection, you will be charged an additional fee.

Digital Products:

All digital products (eBooks, templates, planners, etc..) will be emailed immediately upon purchase. If you do not receive your product within in 5 hours of purchase, please send us an email.

International Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping beyond the Republic of South Africa. However, shipping rates vary depending on the destination, the items you're ordering, and their weight.

For a custom shipping quote, please send us a message with the following details:

• Your nearest post office.
