Rules for the Literary Relics Auction

- Bidding Increments: All bid increase by R100 increments.
- Auction Duration: The auction will be open for a full 24 hours, opening Saturday, 14th December, at 6:15pm and closing on Sunday, 15th December, at 6:15 PM.
- Payment Timeline: An immediate payment must be made within 24 hours of the auction’s conclusion. Failure to pay will result in the item being offered to the runner-up.
- Serious Bids Only: Please respect the process and bid only if you have serious intent to purchase the item.
- No Retractions: Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn.
- Final Decision: The auction host reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
- Winning Bidders: Winners will be notified promptly after the auction closes and provided with checkout details.
- Checkout: At checkout, the bank deposit option should be selected and an immediate payment should be done. Proof of payment to be sent to Bookbank.co.za@gmail.com
- Condition of Items: All items are sold as-is. Any notable flaws or features will be disclosed in the description.
- Bidding Platform: All bids must be placed in the designated auction thread or platform. Direct messages or off-platform bids will not be considered.
- Transparency: All bids will be public, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the auction process.
